7/15/14 - 6-foot-1, 160 pound prospect shows athletic actions in the outfield, plays through the baseball well, showed 82 mph arm strength with some carry and mostly accurate throws to the third base bag.  At the plate, the left-handed hitter took an impressive round of batting practice consistently squaring the baseball, balanced setup with a short stride, loose swing, line drive type hitter, ran 7.39 60 yard dash, 80 mph tee exit velocity.  On the mound, uses long arm action through a high ¾ arm slot, easy effort in delivery, stays online with lower half, fastball showed occasional arm-side run at 79-81 mph touching 82, shows a 69-70 mph curveball with 1/7 action and some depth, slider has more sweeping action at 70-71 mph, good arm action on 75-76 mph changeup that he gets around at times but shows good sink and fade when he stays behind it, projectable frame with good upside.
