6/17/15 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound right-handed hitter hits from an open stance with a long stride, strong frame generates some bat speed, 84 mph exit velocity, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach and good barrel awareness in BP, ran 4.97 down the line, went 2-for-3 in game play with line drive singles to center and right. Showcased 71 mph velocity from behind the plate with 2.21-2.36 pop times, hard-nosed catcher with good blocking ability.  On the mound, RHP uses long arm action through a high-3/4 slot, regular effort in delivery, fastball is straight and sat 77-79 mph touching 80 on one occasion, showed a 69 mph curveball with 12/6 action and a 64 mph changeup that he tends to slow arm on, throws strikes, allowed two hits in his one inning of work on the mound.

2/14/15 - 6-foot-3, 200-pound prospect, right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, can incorporate more consistent use of strong lower half, tendency to wrap some in load, strength is present in swing, gap to gap approach, 78 mph exit velocity (75 previous event), ran a 8.10 60-yard dash. Defensively, has a balanced/strong stance behind the plate, solid receiver with soft hands, good blocking form but tends to be a little slow getting to blocking position, showed a slight improvement in arm strength from previous event at 71 mph, 2.22-2.33 pop times.

6/17/14 - 6-foot-3, 220-pound prospect  with strong lower half, showed 69 mph arm strength from the crouch with pop times ranging from 2.22-2.30, has room to improve pop times with quicker footwork and release.  At the plate, hits from a slightly open and tall stance, uses a long stride, shows some raw strength in swing, registered 75 mph tee exit velocity, ran 5.32 down the first base line, went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in game play.
