2/16/15 - Grauer is a physical, projectable 6-foot-5, 220-pound left-handed pitcher. Attends Mill Valley HS, class of 2016. Simple, balanced and easy delivery. Repeats. Short, quick high three-quarters arm action. Creates deception with arm action behind body. Fastball with arm side run, occasional cutting action on glove side, 82-83 mph, topped out at 84. Feel for both off-speed pitches: 12/6 breaking ball at 67-68 mph and change-up 74-76 mph.
9/21/14 - Grauer is a physical 6-foot-5, 203-pound left-hander pitcher. Showed fastball with arm side run and glove side cut, 80-82 mph. Feel for 65-66 mph 12/6 breaking ball. Change-up 72-74 mph. Command of all three pitches. Projectable class of 2016 lefty.
10/9/19: Stood out for his plus changeup which he threw in any count and was largely unhittable on this look with repeated swing/miss. The senior Grauer also ran his fastball up to 86-88 mph which he located to both sides of the plate and mixed in an occasional 73-74 mph slurve shaped breaking ball.
