11/2/14 - Leitch is a wide-shouldered, projectable 6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed pitcher. Deliberate and under control early. Tall and closed at balance, stays closed during stride. Picks up tempo during delivery. High three-quarters arm slot, quick arm, athletic finish. Fastball with arm side run, 81-83 mph, topped out at 85. Breaking ball with 12/6 shape, tight spin, 68-69 mph. Change-up 73-75 mph. 

8/6/14 - Leitch is a 6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed pitcher.  Under control early, tall balance point, strides slightly across body, falls off to first base some.  Quick high three-quarters arm action, some effort.  Fastball 81-84.  12/6 breaking ball, tight spin, very effective pitch in the game 66-69 mph.  70-71 mph change-up, cuts it.  Retired all six batters faced in the game, four strikeouts.  19/30 strikes.

8/6/14 - Leitch is a strong 6-foot-2, 180-pound right-hand hitting shortstop.  Tall set-up, open stance at the plate.  Knee-to-knee leg kick, slightly closed stride, no hand load.  Simple, repeatable line drive swing.  Middle of the field approach.  83 exit velocity, 4.65 home to first base.  2-for-3 with a single and double in the game.  Moves around well at shortstop, clean exchanges, low three-quarters throwing motion, all accurate throws.  74 mph throwing velocity.
