11/3/13 - Goff is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed hitting outfielder.  During batting practice he showed a closed stance, short stride and a smooth load.  He has good balance throughout. His swing is upper body dominant which seems to work well for him because of his strong hands.  He employs mostly a pull approach with limited extension.  His bat speed was clocked at 80 mph.  In the outfield he showed average footwork and a long exchange but delivered throw after throw on the bag – one of the most accurate throwers from the outfield in camp.  His throwing velocity was clocked as high as 75 mph.  His 60-yard dash time was 7.31.
