10/30/16 - Dameron is a 6-foot-3 210-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2018 class.  He ran a 7.85 60 and a 4.65 home-to-first.  He has an 88 mph exit velo. At the plate, slight open stance to slightly close stride, smooth lower half load, loose hand creating a quick bat, mostly middle to opposite field contact during batting evaluations.  On the infield, 74 mph positional velo, short high three quarters release, fluid footwork to the ball, clean exchange with somewhat accurate throws. On the mound, Dameron has a strong frame with a high three-quarters release, in line stride, body stays under control during delivery, fastball at 76-78 mph mph, 11-to-5 shaped breaking ball, gradual action, change up at 69-76 mph, some flashing arm side fade.
