6/9/14 - Crawford is a wiry, athletic 6-foot-1, 155-pound right-hand hitting class of 2015 outfielder from Blue Valley HS.  During hitting evaluations he showed an athletic set-up and open stance.  He has a minimal, fluid hand load and controlled inline stride.  Overall he has a simple, line drive approach.  Crawford’s top exit velocity was clocked at 76 mph.  In the outfield, Crawford showed quick hands and feet, clean exchanges and his top throw was clocked at 77 mph using a loose high three-quarters throwing motion.  He ran a 4.49 home-to-1B and 7.31 60-yard dash.  Crawford is an interesting prospect to follow going forward as everything he does on the field is easy and athletic yet is nowhere close to filling out his 6-foot-1 frame.

6/9/14 - Crawford is a thin, athletic 6-foot-1, 155-pound class of 2016 right-handed pitcher from Blue Valley HS.  He throws with long, loose arm action from a three-quarters slot.  From the wind-up he showed a balanced and deliberate delivery early and rhythmic motion.  Working from the stretch he starts with inline footwork, an open upper body and works exclusively from a slide step.  Crawford’s fastball was clocked in the 72-74 mph range most with arm-side run, he also showed a 64-67 breaking ball – some with up-down 12/6 action and also a version with slider spin.  Crawford also features a 63-67 knuckleball.
