6/9/15: The 6-foot-3, 230 pound RHP sat 75-77 with his heavy FB.  He has long arm action following a balanced load.  Shoulders stay in line and level.  CB sat 62-63 mph and the Change-up was 67-68 despite a slowed arm action.  CB was erratic in the zone.  He’ll need to get more out of lower half to add velocity. 

2/22/15: PITCHING- 6-foot-3, 230 pound sophomore pitches from a high ¾ slot with a short arm action.  Average arm speed.  Smooth rhythm in the delivery.  Shoulders are uphill at launch, good line to the plate.  Fastball was 77-79, up to 80 and straight.  12/6 breaking ball sat 62-63 with gradual break, erratic in the zone.  Changeup was 70-72. 

6-foot-3, 230 pounder possesses a strong frame, with a strong lower half.  Raw actions at 1B.  Across the field was 82 mph.  Offensively, hits from a balanced setup, loads back.  Short stride. Average use of the lower half with good balance throughout his swing.  Above average bat speed, level path, gets to  extension.  Showcased gap power.  Recorded a high exit velo of 87 mph.
