5/6/15 GAME NOTES: Northern Illinois commit is a tall 6'8 pitcher that showed some increased velocity on fastball. Touched 91 twice, 90 twice, and a handful of 89's in the first two innings. Sat 87-88 most of the game with some arm side tail. Command of fastball was good. Two-seamer backdoored righties with consistency. Breaking ball has an 11/5 shape and is thrown anywhere from 65-70 mph. Change is okay with occasional arm side from 75-80. Delivers from high 3/4 with loose quick arm. 

6/25/13: Projectable frame at 6-foot-8, 185 pounds. Possesses the tools necessary to be an elite arm.  Fastball is up to 83 mph.  Shows a stap on the back side of his delivery with a short arm action.  Breaking ball is average at 66-68 mph.  Look for him to make a velo jump as he continues to grow into his frame.  Athletic for his size with good body control.  

Anderson a 6-foot-7, 170 pound 1B/RHP.  He shows a very projectable body and moves well in the field.  Across the diamond he is 77 mph.  His glove works at 1B, and shows good range.  At the plate his swing can be long at times but does show some projectable pop.  On the mound he throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a fastball coming in at 77-80 mph.  He can throw both of his off speed pitches for a strike; a 66-68 mph breaking ball and a 65-69 mph changeup.
