6/25/14: 6 foot -1 inch/ 195 pounds, Athletic  pitcher with a huge upside. Short ¾ arm slot with good control of two pitches. Fastball is 80-84 with downhill plain and occasional run. Slider had gradual movement with a 10/4 break at 66 mph. he is a above average outfielder, athletic  and closes on balls well. Loose easy throwing motion, 86 from right field with carry. Had average hands with a clean ball transfer. Hits from a open stance with a long stride, the bat exploded through the zone ( exit velocity =89) Special player, very gifted.

2/22/14: 6-foot-1 sophomore pitches from a 3/4 slot.  At the event was up to 80 with his fastball, but have seen him as high as 83.  Breaking ball was more of a slurve type pitch at 63-65.  Changeup was thrown for a strike at 71-73.  From the OF was 83 mph with carry.  Showcased average hands with fluid feet.  Exchange is clean and plays through the baseball.  Offensively started from a balanced setup and used a short stride.  Possesses some pull side power.  

6-19-13 Lucas is an athletic left handed pitcher/OF. Lucas ran a 7.02 and topped out at 83. Lucas is a high follow in the 2016 class. Offensively, Lucas has pull power from the left side. Bat speed is good (85 exit velo). Moves well enough to stay in the outfield. Arm strength is a plus tool. 

On the mound Lucas is a high end lefty. He tops out at 83 and combines with a good breaking ball. Lucas has a chance to do both at a high level. As Lucas finds the weight room expect for him to continue to develop into a high end prospect.
