2/22/14: 5-foot-11, 175 pound junior tops out at 79 with his fastball.  Pitches from a low 3/4 slot with above average arm speed.  Arm action is short.  Repeats his delivery. Fastball shows some run and was thrown for a strike.  Breaking ball sat 65-69 with a 10/4 shape.  Changeup sits 70-74 with some sink and thrown near fastball arm speed.  Changeup is his best off speed pitch. 

10/19/13: 5-foot-11, 175 pound junior starts with an athletic setup at the plate with a short stride.  Shows an arm bar, but does possess hand speed and some quick twitch. Is raw but possesses some power. Defensively, is fluid through the ball with arm speed (82 mph). Brogran ran a 7.65, but should see that decrease as he matures.

On the mound was 72-74 mph with his fastball.  Throws from a low ¾ slot.  Pauses in his rock step during the delivery.  Delivery is repeatable.  Arm speed is average.  Gets around the baseball and lacks direction.  Breaking ball tops out at 65 with a 10/4 shape and early action.  Changeup was 63-65 mph.
