A 6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect. Offensively, he is a left-handed bat that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a hands back load during his short stride. Launches from a balanced position. Swing has natural loft, giving him pull side power potential. Barrel gets through contact with ease, generating well above average bat speed. Has room to fill out projectable frame. Should grow into a run producer role with the ability to leave the park. In the outfield he moves with fluidity approaching the baseball. Plays through the ball with ease, transitioning smoothly into his throws. Uses a lower slot than ideal for the position, generating average to slightly above average arm strength. Also was impressive on the mound. Mechanically sound with clean arm action. Arm works through a near ¾ slot. Delivery is easy and repeatable. Ball jumps out of his hand with some giddy up to his fastball. The pitch was mostly true through the zone with occasional arm side run. Spins a sharp breaking ball that works near a slider plane. The pitch has depth and he used it to freeze righties. Also showed a changeup a few times. The pitch looks to be playable and shows potential as he develops feel. Definite arm to follow.
