2/26/17:  The 6-foot, 170 pound left-handed pitcher sat 81-83 with a running fastball.  Throws from a 3/4 slot with quick arm speed.  Simple load with clean arm action into stride.  Lands squared, head pulls off.  Falls off to third base side.  Command was erratic at times.  Breaking ball has late turn, depth at 71-75.  Change-up was inconsistent at 78-79, with fastball arm speed.  Potential to add more velocity as polishes things off, but will need to show more consistency in the strike zone.

3/14/15: Miles is a 5-foot-11, 160 pound 8th grader.  The southpaw pitches from a high 3/4 slot with quick arm speed.  Arm action is long and loose.  Drop and drive delivery with uphill shoulders at launch.  Good line to the plate, lands square.  Fastball shows some run with occasional sink at 76-77 with life.  Slider sat 66-69 with a 1/8 shape showing sharp, late break.  Changeup was thrown with near fastball arm speed at 66-69.  Projectable arm in the 2019 class. 

9/27/15:  Miles showcased a quick arm with good movement on fastball.  In game, he sat 77-79 with late run.  Command was erratic, but showed increased feel.  Change-up has depth and arm-side run.  Breaking ball showed late, hard break with 2/7 shape at 70-73mph.
