2/22/14:  6-foot, 170 pound Junior possesses good arm strength at 85 mph from the OF with carry.  Defensive actions are above average.  Feet are fluid and plays through the baseball with athleticism.  At the plate starts balanced and slightly open.  Stride is short and uses a smooth load.  Over rotates with the lower half.  Bat speed is average.  Line drive type hitter. On the mound topped out at 79 with the fastball with some arm side run.  10/4 breaking ball sat 68-71 with occasional side spin. Changeup was 72-73. 

10/19/13: 6-foot-175 pound junior starts from an open stance with a rigid load.  Stride is short.  Shows average bat speed with good balance throughout.  Good strong frame. Line drive type hitter.  From the OF was 82 mph.   A little slow on his exchange but gets ride of the ball quick.  Average overall actions.  Ran a 7.15 60. 

On the mound shows a slow, deliberate delivery with a slight inward turn.  Throws from a high ¾ slot with average arm speed.  Lands closed.  Fastball topped out at 80 mph with some cut action.  Breaking ball showed downward action and was a little soft at 67-69.  Also showed the ability to pitch from a low side arm slot with good arm side run and sink.  Changeup topped out at 69 mph.

7/2/13: Displays arm strength in the OF (84 mph) with accuracy.  Plays through the baseball with above average actions.  At the plate starts closed with average bat speed. Showed the ability to barrel up most balls.
