6/25/15: The 6-foot-1 215 pound left-handed hitting infielder displayed some explosive actions at the plate.  Setup is open and balanced.  Short stride and uphill swing.  Explosive bat speed and average balance.  His exit velocity is 88.  Defensively, Coby displaced clean footwork and smooth actions.  Arm action was short and loose.  Velocity was 81 across the infield.  Coby ran a 7.58 60 yard dash.

5/30/15 GAME NOTES: Taylor is an uncommitted Junior left handed hitter with present power.  He possesses quick hands with a short path to the baseball.  Consistently gets the barrel through the zone with whip.  Lower half is explosive with good balance.  Possesses a thick, strong frame.  Has 11 HR's on the season.  Went 3-3 with 3 RBI, including a 2 run homer.  High projectability from the left side of the plate.  Solid defender, average arm strength. 

4/9/15 GAME NOTES: 6-foot-1, 215 pound left-handed hitting 3B, strong-thick build, strong lower half.  Left handed hitter displayed a quick short path to he baseball displaying present pull-side power.  Barrel gets through the zone with some whip.  Uses a balanced setup, leck kick, smooth load back.  Pull-hitter with homerun power. 

9/23/12: Taylor shows a good projectable body for a freshman at 6-foot, 190 pounds.  In the field he has the tendency to field the ball too close to his body, but shows soft hands and the ability to pick it.  At the plate he hits from the left side.  He has a strong lower half that he uses well in his swing.  His swing plane is uphill, but shows good bat speed and possess good pop and the ability to drive the ball with good power potential.  Taylor is a high follow in the 2016 class.
