6/25/15: The 6-foot-1 215 pound left-handed hitter displayed a balanced setup with a crouch.  Bat speed is fast with a level swing plane. Registered a high velocity of 85.  Defensively, Chris has average hands and fluid footwork.  Throws were accurate with a velocity of 72. 

2/22/15: 6-foot-1, 210 pounds was 74 across the field from a long, ¾ arm action.  Slow actions defensively.  At the plate the LHH hits from a slight crouch setup, loads back.  Short stride.  Poor balance, over rotates with the lower half.  Max effort swing, gets to extension.  Choppy rhythm.  Recorded a high exit velo of 88 mph.   

PITCHING- 6-foot-1, 210 pounds comes at hitters from a long, loose, ¾ arm delivery.  Average arm speed.  Has some rhythm in the delivery with level shoulders.  Good line to the plate, landing square.  Fastball shows cut action at 73-75 and kept in the zone.  Slows his arm down on the breaking ball.  Breaking ball sat 59-61 with a sweeping action, gradual break.  Slows arm down when throwing the changeup as well.  

9/21/14: 6-foot-1, 195 pound sophomore possesses a strong, athletic frame.  Shows good arm strength across the field at 79 mph.  Showcased good hands with fluid feet and a clean exchange at 1B.  Offensively, the LHH starts in a slight crouch using a short stride.  Bat speed is quick (89 exit velo) and gets the barrel through the zone.  Shows present power consistently driving the gaps.  Good rhythm throughout the swing.
