6/25/15; The 6-foot-3 175 pound pitcher sat 80-83 with some run.  Breaking ball was 70-71 with 10/4 shape and gradual break.  Delivery has some effort with average balance. Direction is in line and he finishes athletically.

2/22/14: 6-foot-2, 155 pound freshman pitches from a high 3/4 slot with above average arm speed.  Fastball was straight at 74-76.  Breaking ball shows early break at 62-66 mph but was erratic in the zone. From the OF was 76 mph with some accuracy.  Hands are average and plays through the ball. Needs to improve foot speed.  Offensively, starts balanced and uses a leg kick.  Bat speed is average and uphill. Stays balanced throughout the swing.

9/15/13: 6-foot-2, 155 pound freshman has a slow delivery.  Prototypical pitcher’s body.  Throws from a high ¾ arm slot and works downhill.  Fastball is 74-76 mph.  Arm action is quick.  Breaking ball shows an 11/5 shape with good life at 62-66 mph.  Needs to improve on finding the strike zone more consistently.
