5/6/13 - Athletic frame, projectable 6-foot-5, 215-pound size. Offensively, showed ability to barrel up velocity. Had a sharp single on 89 mph fastball in the fourth, and got robbed on another hit on another 89 mph fastball in the sixth. Was clocked at 4.69 down the line on the play. Finished game 1-for-3 against Zack Burdi. Big target at first base. Had a big sophomore year offensively. Currently ranked No. 103 in Illinois’ 2014 class.

2/17/13 - Large frame, 6-foot-5, 215-pound first baseman. Defensively, arm plays, 77 mph across the diamond. Solid hands, footwork lacks quickness, 7.53 60 runner. Offensively, hits from a wide stance, uses short stride, dives some, heel lift closes off front side. Bat speed present, 86 mph exit velocity from the tee, shows gap to gap pop, aggressive swing, good balance throughout.
