9/30/14 - Long lanky right-handed pitcher, 6-foot-4, 175-pounds, projectable frame. Tall and fall delivery, regular effort, level shoulders, slightly closed, lower half works slightly across his body. In the stretch uses a slide step, loads well over rubber in stretch, delivery works well from the stretch. Over-the-top arm slot, short loose arm action. Fastball sat 77-78 mph, touched 79 mph, showed the ability to control it. Curveball showed 12/6 shape, solid feel with action, showed depth, sat 63-65 mph, touched 67 mph, best secondary offering. Changeup sat 67-70 mph, mostly at the top of the zone, showed comparable arm speed to fastball.

6/12/14 - 6-foot-3, 175-pound lanky RHP threw 78-81 mph from a short, high ¾ arm action with good downward angle.  63-66 mph curveball showed occasional 12/6 shape.  69-71 mph straight changeup showed some sink, but was erratic with command.  Polo could make a significant jump over the next couple years with added strength to his projectable frame.
