10.12.14 - 6-foot-2, 185-pound two-way player, excellent frame, athletic build with strength. Offensively hits from the right side, balanced stance, short stride, excellent balance through contact, athletic setup. Showed the ability to impact the baseball, efficient bat path, well above average bat speed, 87 mph exit velocity from the tee. Line drive gap to gap approach. Defensively uses a short over the top arm action, accurate across the diamond, some carry, 83 mph across. Athletic defender, hands played, could have the ability to play multiple positions. On the mound arm played from a high ¾ slot. Fastball is mostly straight, 78-80 mph. Breaking ball has 11/5 shape, 62-63 mph, gradual action, showed feel. Changeup has slight sink action, 64-66 mph, decelerated arm action. Ran a 7.13 60.

5.23.14 - Currently ranked No. 161 in Illinois’ 2015 class. Pitched 5.1 innings of shut one run baseball.  One run unearned on a ball thrown into center field on a failed pick-off attempt by catcher.  Switched to third base when John Riordan relieved him. High leg kick, ¾ arm action gets a little long in back. Breaks hands early getting the ball up and staying on top throughout. Creates good downward plane with fastball: eight ground ball outs. Fastball sat 79-81 the duration of outing, allowed five hits to one walk with two strikeouts. Consistently pounded the zone.  Breaking ball was slow and rolling in 66-69 mph range, but also thrown for strikes. Predominantly pitched off fastball and competed.

10/20/13 - Athletic build with strength, shows physical development, 6-foot-2, 185-pound middle infielder. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, short stride, lower half works, displays solid balance through contact. Showed advanced bat speed, excellent path to the baseball, gets extension. Line drive gap to gap type hitter, worked the middle of the field well. 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Excellent potential at the plate. Defensively uses a short over the top arm action from the infield, showed some accuracy, 81 mph across the diamond. Used a quick exchange, fields deep at times, athletic defender, showed some body control.
