6/4/14 - Ranked No. 86 in Illinois’ 2014 class.  Signed to play at Belmont University.  6-foot-4, 190 pound projectable frame.  Pitched last 1.1 innings of relief pounding the strike zone with only fastball.  Pitch sat 82-84 mph touching 85, with arm side run down in the zone.  Recorded all four outs on groundballs.

8/9/13 - 6-foot-4, 190-pound, athletic, lanky pitcher with projectability.  He has an easy effort, tall and fall style delivery, loose arm action, and above average arm speed.  During game action he commanded the strike zone with strike after strike, thanks in part to his ability to repeat the delivery.  His fastball sat 82-85 mph, touching 86 mph occasionally, with running action when thrown down in the zone.  Showcased a curveball with 10/4 tilt and soft break at 67-70 mph.  His changeup was 73-74 mph for strikes.

7.25.12 Etheridge is an athletically built 6-foot-4, 200-pound right-handed pitcher who showcased a 78-80 mph fastball that he was able to keep down in the zone with some run.  Etheridge also featured a curveball that sat at 64-66 mph and a changeup that sat at 73-75 mph. With his frame and athleticism, Etheridge should see a velocity spike in the coming years.
