10/14/12 - Eggleston is an athletically built 6-foot-2, 180-pound two-way player. On the mound, Eggleston comes from a high-3/4 arm slot and showcased a fastball that topped at 80 mph. He also showed a curveball, in the 63-66 range, in addition to a changeup. Positionally, Eggleston ran a 7.25 60 and was clocked at 75 from his position. He showed some swing looseness from the left side of the plate as well.

6/14/12 Eggleston is an athletically built 6-foot-2, 180-pound left-handed pitcher with a projectable frame who operates from over the top arm slot. Eggleston threw a 75-77 mph fastball, a 59-60 mph curveball, and 67-68 mph changeup.

2/20/12 Eggleston is an athletic 6-foot-2, 180-pound two-way player who moves well for his size, running a 4.44 home to first.  He showed good lateral movement and footwork around the bag with soft hands.  Eggleston was clocked at 71 mph from across the diamond.  On the mound, Eggleston threw three pitches: a 73-75 mph fastball, a 53-56 mph curveball, and 63-67 mph changeup.
