Throws flashed carry, throwing 84 mph from he outfield. Offensively hits form a balanced setup with a minimal load, short stride, and good balance. Flashed a fast bat with a level swing path. Showed strength thru contact with 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.02.
6.18.15 - 6-foot-3, 195-pound outfield, athletic frame. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup, slightly closed, short stride, good balance through contact. Path is flat, strong fast bat. Occasional opposite field contact, late trigger, timing/rhythm can improve. 86 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm plays long, firm and over the top. 81 mph from the outfield. 7.02 runner in the 60.

4.29.15 - Currently ranked No. 208 in Illinois’ 2016 class; physically advanced 6-foot-3, 195-pound frame with proportional strength. Free-swinger at plate, takes man-hacks, some stiffness in setup, length in swing but has considerable bat speed. Barreled three balls in game; doubled down left-field line, singled to left center on fastball down and away, and grounded out to shortstop.  Moves well for size: ran a 4.36 on groundout (7.10 60 at PBR event).

2.15.15 - 6-foot-3, 195-pound wide shouldered, strong lower half, athletic framed right-handed hitting OF impressed future power potential. Hits from a closed setup, raises hands to load, short stride, long, uphill bat path, strength at impact, drove the baseball from gap-to-gap during batting practice, 84 mph exit velocity. Defensively, threw 80 mph from from long, over-the-top arm slot, moves extremely well for size. Impressed running a 7.10 60. Sanchez has legitimate power potential, and though there’s some stiffness to his overall game, his physical presence will be hard to ignore. He’s a prospect to follow closely in the 2016 class.
