Flashes above avg. slider with tight spin, above avg. depth, and 10/4 shape. 4.9 home-to-first time. Narrow open stance, leg kick trigger, shows above avg. pop in bat, lift in swing plane, hard mid/pull contact, 98 mph exit velocity. Moves with fluidity in outfield and shows athleticism, arm plays well with accuracy and carry to bag, 85 mph arm from outfield.

Easy body and hand load, stays connected for size, good direction in swing, works middle of field, flashes of hard contact, solid bat speed, 91 mph exit velocity. Above avg. actions in OF, long strides, confident fielder, moves through ball with rhythm, clean exchange, long arm action with carry and accuracy, 91 mph arm strength from outfield. On mound; rocker step into balance point, good direction with extension and finish to plate. Longer arm action producing 85-87 mph fastballs; consistently heavy in bottom half of zone. Slider has good depth and tight spin. Changeup was down in zone with running action. Quality bullpen throwing 3 above avg. pitches for strikes. Will make move up IA 2018 rankings.

8/1/16- 6-foot-4, 200-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. Strong projectable build. 7.25 runner. Open stance, strides to square, front heel turn trigger, present strength, flashes pop in bat, long through hitting zone, tends to lean back at contact, 90 mph exit velocity. Easy actions at first with good glove, range, and accurate arm, 83 mph arm from first base. Runs just enough, has clean arm action, move to outfield might be beneficial. Overhead delivery, lands across body occasionally, and is aggressive down mound to target. Fastball was straight, with flashes of cut action, at 80-83 mph. Threw better breaking ball than previously seen; with conviction and intent, commanded the zone with pitch at 66-69 mph. 11/5 shape with solid depth. Changeup had flat action at 66-67 mph. Strong Follow in IA 2018 class.

3/13/16- 6-foot-3, 207-pound right-handed pitcher/infielder. 7.66 runner. Projectable body. Some hitch and deception in delivery. Lands slightly across body with avg./ok extension to plate. Fastball is straight with life at 83-85 mph. 11/5 above avg. breaking ball with tight spin and depth. Throws changeup with knuckle curve grip with tumbling action. Projects well for 2018 class. Deep load with longer stride. Rolls hands over early at contact with short finish. Strength in bat with hard pull contact. 86 mph exit velocity off tee. Heavier feet in field. Sure hands. Makes routine plays. Avg. range and quickness. Long ¾ release at 78 mph arm strength across.
