Williams stands at 6-foot-1 and tips the scales at 180 pounds. He is an athletic right-hander that shows a lot of promise. He possesses a power arm and has topped out at 94 mph, pitching at 91-92. His secondary stuff has shown flashes of potential at times. His curveball has some depth to it, but his changeup is a great complement to his fastball.
