5/15/15 - NC State Signee. 6-foot-4 210 pounds with a large, athletic frame with room to fill out. Loose motion with a loose, over the top arm slot. 86-89 mph FB and ran it up to 92 mph. 70-74 mph CR with good depth and is sharper the harder he throws it.

3/23/15 - North Carolina St signee. 6-foot-4, 200 pounder who is more known for his arm but did not pitch tonight. Instead he hit a 3 run home run in the first inning to put McCarthy up 3-0.

3/9/15 - North Carolina St commit. 6-foot-4, 220 pound right hander wih a big and physical body. Ideal pitchers body that will attract a lot of pro scouts. Fastball touched 94 mph but velocity fluctuated all the way down to 86 mph. Settled in to a comfort zone of about 88-90 mph with fair life.  Caught in between curve ball and a slider at the moment at 73-78 mph.  Fringy rotation and shape.  Good sound delivery and is in line. Will have a future plus fastball with enough secondary stuff. Could become a 2015 draft.

Lean loose projectable body with easy working arm. FB 87-90 with more to come. Shows feel for pitching. Secondary stuff will improve with velocity. Also, shows feel for hitting with occasional power.
