2/12/15 - Wake Forest commit. 6-foot-1, 195 pound lefty with a strong, projectable athletic frame with a lot of room to fill out. His windup is pretty quick with a high leg kick and a slight hip turn. When he breaks, his arm goes back at a slight angle toward shortstop. He closes himself off a little when he lands and throws slightly across his body. He has a high ¾ arm slot with a slightly stiff-working arm. His fastball has a good downward plane when he stays on top and has an average curveball with a ¾ break that has decent depth. His changeup is still a work in progress. Fastball 82-84 MPH, curveball 66-68 MPH, and changeup 74-75 MPH. Against Venice he threw four innings, struck out two, and gave up two earned runs.
