6-foot, 185-pound, strong, physical athletic frame. A well proportioned athlete, hands, wrists and legs all have good strength to them. One of the better players at this event, top tool is his raw power and overall athleticism. A right-handed hitter, the baseball absolutely jumps off his bat. The stance is slightly wider, than shoulder width, hands are loose at shoulder height, bat starts is a flat position. The lower half is under control, uses a small leg kick, hands and weight get and stay back. The swing is free and easy through the zone, it’s level to up, rolls the hands late, and finishes with two hands. During batting practice deposited baseballs over the fence with ease. Collected two singles and made good hard contact in other at bats during game play. The tee exit velocity was at 92 mph and ran a 4.50. Defensively, throws well from the outfield, arm was clocked at 84 mph, throws are downhill. The arm action is slightly longer on the back, arm works out of a higher slot. The routes and angles are advanced, gets good reads and jumps on the baseball. Off the mound, fastball was clocked at 78-81 mph, threw 40 pitches the night before this event. The breaking ball was 64-66 mph, and changeup was 71-72 mph. The fastball is located to both sides. The delivery, is sound and simple, stays over the rubber, works downhill and shows the ability to repeat it. Projects fro me as more of an outfielder, look for him to hit and hit with power at the next level.
Home-First: 4.50
Exit Velocity: 92 MPH
3/7/17
6-foot, 185-pound, strong, physical frame. The legs and hands have above average strength to him, the neck is long, shoulders are rounded off, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitting outfielder, who has above average power, runs well and throws above average from outfield, possesses three good tools. At the plate, the stance is balanced throughout, feet are even and slightly wider than shoulder width. The hands are held at shoulder height, bat starts in a good starting position, back elbow is extended outward. For timing, has a small controlled leg kick, hands have separation from the body, gains ground with stride foot, hands stay back. The swing path is level to up, gets through the baseball well, barrel stays in the zone for a good amount of time. The approach is more middle to pull, has above average power, has enough juice to beat the outfielders. Shows the ability to the oppo gap when needed, has a slight arm bar at times, could shorten the swing in beginning. The tee exit velocity was at 93 mph. Defensively, has an above average arm from the outfield, clocked at 85 mph, it's fast and powerful, works out from a high ¾ slot. The approach into the baseball is under control, uses more of a shuffle for the transfer, gets behind the baseball, has momentum and uses the entire body. Big follow, athletic and raw, look for him to hit and hit with power at the next level.
Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.25
Exit Velocity: 93 mph
Arm Velocity: 85 mph

6-foot, 180-pound, strong and athletic frame, with serious strength throughout and he is well proportioned. The hands and legs are strong and have some fast twitch to them. A right-handed hitter, who has above average pop, power to the middle of the field. The stance is even, balanced and shoulder width apart. The hands are held just at shoulder height and he gets them back into a good hitting position. For timing has a controlled leg kick and the lower half is under control. The swing is level to up, creates lift and backspin to it. The tee exit velocity was 93 mph. Time down the line was 4.6, runs hard has a good strong kick on the backside. In game swings were good, made solid contact in all at bats. Defensively, plays the outfield, posses a strong throwing arm, clocked at 83 mph, with life and carry, flight is downhill. On the mound, this right-hander has a delivery that is on time and hands work in sync with leg raise. The arm action is a little longer path, creates whip out front on release, and ball has good sinking action to armside. The fastball was 80-83 mph. The breaking ball was 68-70 mph, with 11/5 break and changeup was 70-71 mph with some feel to armside. A legit two way guy at the current moment, I see him projected as more of a power hitting corner outfielder.
7/12/16
6-foot, 175-pound, strong, athletic frame, well proportioned athlete. The hands and legs are extremely strong. A right-handed hitter who possesses raw power to all fields. At the plate the stance is balanced, even and slightly wider than shoulder width. The hands are loose, bat starts flat on the back shoulder. For timing uses a controlled leg kick, hands raise up and the path to the baseball is direct and gets some lift at the end of the swing. The tee exit velocity was above average at 93 mph with serious pop in his hands. Time down the line was 4.4 plays the game faster than that. In games swings were good, made solid contact in all at bats, except one. Defensively, plays the OF, the arm path is a little longer, it's clean and works well. The arm is above average, with good carry and downhill flight. Clocked at 81 mph, with more in there. Off the mound, this right-hander features a three pitch mix. The delivery is simple, power leg kick and gets good extension out front. Fastball was 80-83 mph, with life to the arm side and pounded the 4-seamer to glove side. Breaking ball has some velocity to it, was 71-73 mph and it’s more of a curveball, has tilt and depth. The changeup was clocked 70-71, good shape and fade to arm side. A two way prospect at the current moment will take some to find out which way he will go. Projects for me as a corner OF and potentially to be able to pitch out of the pen.
