5-foot-9, 170-pound, athletic, wiry strong athlete. A right-handed hitter, feet start slightly open, closer together, it's a taller stance. The hands are set lower than shoulder height. The hands are loose, have some pre pitch movement and waggle to them, for timing uses a leg kick. The swing is level to up, barrel stays in the zone a long time, looks to shoot it to the opposite gap, with one line drive after another. The tee exit velocity is good at 88 mph, made hard contact in the game. Defensively, the feet work well, are quick, gets down to block and scrambles back up with ease. The hands are strong when receiving, gets around the baseball, works hard on low ball. The feet gain ground during transfer and look to be quick. The arm action has average length on the backside, works out of a high ¾ slot, is clean through release, clocked at 75 mph, with a pop time of 1.97-2.12. The entire body is used well in making throws. The setup is low to the ground, is athletic and flexible back there. Good looking catcher, will be a good one.

5-foot-9, 170-pound, a small strong frame, put together well, the hands, wrists and forearms have serious strength to them. The lower have has strength and has some fast twitch actions to him. A right-handed hitting catcher, the stance is shorter and open. The hands are held above his back shoulder, are loose with some movement to them. For timing uses a leg kick, and some waggle to a bat, helps gets his hands to get them back. The swing is very powerful, it’s level to up, finishes with one hand. The approach is middle to pull, has above average power to pull side for his age and size, the baseball comes off the bat with serious pop. The front foot needs to be on time more, easy fix with reps and starting the load slightly sooner. The tee exit velocity was 88 mph and ran a 7.19 sixty yard dash. Defensively, had a pop time of 1.97- 2.10, arm was clocked at 73 mph. The setup is relaxed, flexible and low to the ground, feet are quick and work well with his hands during transfer. The hands are strong when receiving, sticks the pitch, gets under the low ball well. Wants to stand up quickly, needs to stay low and not recoil throws, needs to finish off the throws. The arm strength is plenty good enough and actions are quick. Big time follow for me, someone to see early and often in the spring.

5-foot-9, 170-pounds, strong very athletic frame, fast twitch athlete, hands and forearms have strength to them. A right-handed hitting catcher, who showed to have serious bat speed and life in his hands. The stance is open, shoulder width apart, hands are held just above his shoulders are loose with some movement to them. For timing uses a good size leg kick, gets the weight loaded up on the back side. The swing is down to level to up, barrel stays in the zone a good amount of time. Rotates at the very last part of the swing. The tee exit velocity was impressive at 89 mph, took two solid rounds of BP, squaring balls up with authority. Defensively, works low to the ground, the feet are extremely quick and he gains ground with feet through transfer. The glove side could close up a bit more, pop times were very good at 2.0-2.05 and arm was clocked at 74 mph with life to it, ball goes to target. The stride gets a little short at times, could also stay lower through release. The arm action is very short, quick, needs to finish it more on the backend. Good looking strong catcher, with juice is his hands, solid follow, someone to go see early in the spring.
