7-25-18

5-foot-10, 135-pound, smaller, thin athletic frame, has plenty of room to fill out. Defensively, solid prep steps and keeps feet moving throughout. The hands are soft out front, works low to the ground, quick transfer to throwing arm. The arm action has average length, clean throws from a natural ¾ slot, clocked at 72 mph. Showed off a clean, crisp two-handed pro move, slow roller play, with ease. Offensively, balanced approach, hands are loose at the shoulders,  bat starts in a tilted position. The swing is flat through the zone, barrel stays in the zone, had hard contact in batting practice, line drives to the pull side. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 73 mph, ran an easy 7.10 sixty yard-dash.

5-foot-7, 125-pound, thin athletic frame. The movements are loose and free, body works well. The neck is long, shoulders are sloped, arms have length to them, has plenty of room to fill out. A right-handed hitter, the feet are inline, are shoulder width apart, starts in a very good balanced position. The hands are at shoulder height, are loose with a little movement to them, keeping them relaxed. The lower half is under control, stride gains ground and is straight. The swing is level, across his chest, approach is more middle of the field, does a good job of staying through it. The finish is with one hand above shoulder height, leans back at times, try to keep momentum moving forward a bit. Defensively, shows to have above average actions in the infield. The prep steps are smooth and quick, works from the ground up, hands and feet work well together. The arm action is smooth and clean on the back side, works out of a natural ¾ slot. The arm has easy carry and flight across the diamond. The feeds in starting the double play were performed correctly, open hip play is made smoothly. Strength is a must in his development. Good looking young prospect.

Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.59

Exit Velocity: 69 mph

Arm Velocity: 68 mph
