5-foot-10, 150-pound, wiry strong athlete, shoulders are squared off. The hands and defensive actions are his top tool, flashed the leather in game play. The hands and feet work well together, works from the ground up, feet move throughout, gets around the baseball with momentum moving towards target. The arm action is short on the backside, works clean and comes out of a high ¾ slot. The arm was clocked at 72 mph, showed good touch on throws. The footwork from the right side of the of the bag on the double play feeds is crisp. Offensively, hits from the right side, stance is narrow, taller, with the feet even. The lower half is under control, has a small leg kick, gains a good amount of distance with the stride. The hands are loaded up, bat starts in a tilted position. The swing is flat through the zone, short till contact. Looks to spray it to all fields, does a good job keeping hands inside the baseball. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 79 mph, and ran a 7.44 sixty yard dash. Solid defender, should be able to handle bat, with small ball being part of his game.

5-foot-7-150 pound frame, wide shoulders, room to fill out. Middle infielder out of Cheshire whose arm may end up moving him over to second full time. He has a quick transfer and is comfortable fielding on the move, whether that is to his left or his right, the footwork is polished around the bag, the double play feeds are advanced and have good timing to them. At the plate, hits from the right side, the stance is very upright with minimal bend in his knees. Made solid contact during batting practice and in game situation. Feet are shoulder width apart, has a controlled leg kick into the swing, wrists are held above the back shoulder, bat has tilt to it and is loaded up to hit. Boucher, with more power to his swing will develop the ability to drive balls into the gap in the coming high school seasons. Good looking middle infielder who has progressed nicely over the past year. The strength and speed/quickness has improved, look for him to continue to move forward. Will be attending the Future Games this summer.
