5-foot-11, 200-pound, strong physical frame. A well proportioned athlete, hands and legs have strength, has a durable catchers frame. A right-handed hitting catcher, at the plate the stance is simple, feet are shoulder width apart, front foot starts open, gets back to even on stride, gaining ground with it. The hands held at shoulder height, are strong and get loaded up, bat starts in a flat position on shoulder, hands have separation to them. The swing is strong, is flat across the chest, finishes with two hands above the shoulders. The approach is more to the pull side, makes hard solid contact, has lift to the swing. The tee exit velocity was clocked at was 85 mph, collected a double in game play. Time down the line was at 4.82. Defensively behind the plate, the arm works out of a higher slot, clocked at 73 mph, had a pop time of 2.10-2.28. The feet and hands work well together, gains ground on transfer, could stay lower throughout transfer, will help in pop time. Showed the ability to block and recover in game play, gets around the baseball. Solid follow, reps and practice will refine all mechanics.

5-foot-11, 200 pounds, thick, strong lower half, there is some projection there, room to continue conditioning and add strength. Behind the plate, he has good feet but can refine the nuances to catching footwork. Receiving skills should continue to improve. Pop times sat between 2.11-2.16, his arm was clocked at 74 mph from behind the crouch. Throws downhill from over the top slot. Offensively, he’s open to even with a pull heavy approach. There’s a high leg kick involved and the hands work from shoulder height with good hip rotation. There is present gap-to-gap power in his profile. Collected two hits during the game including a triple.
