7/12/16

6-foot, 180-pound, average athletic frame, shoulders are wide, has room to fill out. A right-handed pitcher, the delivery is simple, repeatable, works downhill,  has good direction and gets squared up on release. The arm works out of a ¾ slot, arm action is slightly longer. Fastball was clocked at 76-80 mph, with good arm side sink and pounded down low in the zone for strikes. The changeup showed proper fade and spin to it and was clocked at 71-73 mph. The breaking ball, has more slurve action to it, clocked at 65-66 mph, might want to work in a small slider. The tempo in between pitches was good, attacked, times to the plate are quick at 1.17. Three pitch strike thrower who competes and likes to pitch.

9/27/15
Right-handed pitcher who pitches out of a high ¾ arm slot. The fastball was 76-78 and relatively straight. The breaking pitch was big and sat at 63-64. The changeup is still a work in progress as he is still developing a third pitch. The body is loose and the athletic. The delivery has as high leg lfit and a long arm swing. The front elbow pulls hard toward the first base side causing his left shoulder to sink and his slot to raise. The feet are on direct and simple. Initiating the back arm and not the glove side can fix the issue.
