6-foot-2, 178 pounds, squared off shoulders, lean, lanky, and projectable. A good athlete, Nicolia ran a 4.41 home-to-first and this speed shows up in his outfield defense. Good footwork in the outfield, fielding the ball with a quick transition into his throws. Small crow hop before exploding forward into throws. Throws from a ¾ to high ¾ slot, getting his body into throws. Arm velocity clocked at 86 mph. His quick feet and strong arm should allow him to succeed in any of the three outfield positions on the defensive side. Offensively, Nicolia has loose hands, as his wrists flick the bat through the zone with good bat speed. Posted an 85 mph exit velocity of the tee to go along with batting practices round where he filled up the outfield with line drives. He stands tall in the box with an even approach. His strong wrists work from from the shoulders with a small leg kick. The bat path is level, meant to put the ball in play and then utilize his solid speed on the basepaths. Overall, Nicolia is still filling out physically and shows good athleticism. He’s got strong defensive tools and the bat has plenty of promise, making him someone to keep tabs on this fall.
Home-First: 4.41
Exit Velocity: 85 MPH
Arm Velocity: 86 MPH

6-foot-2, 170-pound, long, wide athletic frame, shoulders and back are wide, should fill out and be quite physical when it's all said and done. A right-handed hitter, shows the ability to drive the baseball from gap to gap with authority. The stance is even, hands held at shoulder height, swing is level to up, with a one-handed finish. The contact was solid all day, collecting an inside the park home run, showed enough juice to beat the center fielder, solid at bats throughout the day. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 82 mph and ran an easy 4.50 down the line, showed a good kick. Defensively, is very advanced for his age, arm is a top tool, clocked at 82 mph, plus carry to his throws, with on point accuracy. The footwork is clean in transfer, uses more of a shuffle. Showed good routes and angles, going to get the baseball in the gaps, hit cut off men on a regular basis. Solid follow, is an athlete with projection to him.
Home- First: 4.50
Exit Velocity: 82 mph

6-foot-2, 170 pounds, the frame is wide and very athletic, has plenty of room to fill out, will be very physical when it's all done. A right-handed hitting outfielder, who has an above average arm. The arm action is short, quick and clean on the backside, clocked at 78 mph, with good carry and serious life to it. The routes and angles were good when tracking balls. Offensively, hits from the right side, the stance is even, feet are wider than shoulder width. The lower half is under control uses a no stride approach, could get more out the backside. The hands are held at shoulder height, slightly away from hs body, they are loose and work freely through the zone. The swing is level through the zone, could finish it a bit higher. The approach is more middle of the field to pull, very simple. The tee exit velocity was 81 mph, with much more in there. Times down the line from home to first were 4.6, in game swings and at bats were good, recognized spin pitches and barreled some balls up. Good looking athletic RHH, get out and see, comes from two good programs, Masuk HS and the CT Grind, will be taught correct and prepared.
