A 6-foot-0, 175-pound right hand hitting SS/RHP who ran a 7.18 60.  Balanced at the plate with a short stride and quick hand load on the pitch.  Hands drop slightly and swing path is uphill.  Shows good power to the pull side.  Good lower half rotation creates a 91 MPH exit velocity.  He is smooth in the field with good feet and shoulders.  He stays square through the ball and has a quick transfer.  Throws from an over the top slot at 85 MPH with good accuracy.

6-foot-0, 175-pound right hand hitting two way player, who had one of the top arm velocities at the USG of 85 MPH from short.  He has quick feet and hands and gets rid of the ball quickly.  He moves well on balls up the middle and has good skills on the two ball.  On the mound we saw three pitches from Moreland, his fastball was 81-84 with good run, his curve was 67-70 with sharp break in on the right hand hitter and he showed a 71-73 MPH change that worked away from the right hand hitter.  At the plate he is balanced with a slight leg kick for timing.  He has a long swing path through the zone that creates a ball with good flight.  He has an exit velocity of 82 MPH off the pitch and lived in the left-center gap.  He ran a 7.32 60.

5-foot-11, 175 pound SS who is ranked 24^th for the 2016 class.  Moreland showcases an 82 mph arm velocity from shortstop.  Good feet and range and is in good throwing position on most balls hit to him.

Had 91 MPH exit velocity at Preseason All-State, top 3 from this event. Ran a 4.5 home to first.  On the mound, fastball sat 83-85 MPH from same arm slot as in the infield, tall-and-fall delivery, toe down at balance point, shoulders stay level throughout, 69 MPH curveball was up in the zone, 72 MPH change. Didn't have strong day at the plate but Is currently hitting .406 with 4 homeruns and 21 RBI's.
