Dakota Carr is a 6-foot-1, 165-pound OF/1B from Morgantown HS that had a solid showing at Alderson Broaddus University during the final stop of the Fall College Prospect Program. He showcased athletic actions in the outfield with accurate throws of 80 mph. The right-handed hitter bats from a slightly open stance and utilizes a high hands load to produce a bat exit velocity of 82 mph. Carr barreled the baseball routinely in batting practice and showed the ability to use all fields. The uncommitted senior played a big roll in Morgantown Post 2's run to the semifinals of the 2013 West Virginia American Legion state tournament.

The first event of the indoor season, the Unsigned Senior Showcase, will take place on October 19 at B2B Baseball in Manheim, Pennsylvania. The event will provide talented uncommitted seniors from Pennsylvania and West Virginia the opportunity to perform for college coaches prior to the early signing period in November.
