On Tuesday all four Divisions completed sectional play and the field is set for next week’s state tournament at Fox Cities Stadium. Here’s a look at all the exciting action yesterday.
Division 1
Sectional 1
No. 1 Stevens Point 2, Chippewa Falls 0
No. 17 River Falls 3, Eau Claire Memorial 2
James Witt went seven strong innings, keeping the Old Abes scoreless until the seventh. Witt struck out five and allowed eight hits.

No. 5 Bay Port 9, Wausau West 8
No. 20 Ashwaubenon 5, D.C. Everest 4

Connor Hock was victorious on the mound striking out six in five innings allowing two runs. Mac Cisar led the way with two hits and an RBI.

Reedsburg Area 4, No. 2 Holmen 2
Middleton 2, La Crosse Central 1
Kasey Miller was a one man show striking out five in seven innings as well as driving a run on three hits.
Middleton 7, Reedsburg Area 3
Alex Elliot had a three hit day and scored twice in the Middleton sectional title. Garrett Knudtson went the distance, striking out three.

No. 12 Janesville Parker 6, Janesville Craig 1
Verona Area 8, No. 14 Stoughton 4
Verona opened the flood gates in the fifth with six runs to take a commanding 8-3 lead. Ryan Pynnonen and David Rogwski both had two hits and two RBI.

Collin Powers walked five and struck out three but only allowed one Verona hit, notching the 4-1 win and a ticket to Appleton.
Sectional 6
No. 4 Sun Prairie 10, Watertown 0
Sam Lund and Ryan Curran teamed up to throw a five inning no-hitter.
No. 15 Oshkosh North 5, Madison La Follette 4
No. 4 Sun Prairie 2, No. 15 Oshkosh North 1
Sun Prairie won a nail biter 2-1 to continue their run at a third straight championship. Michale Brekke led the offense with three hits and an RBI.

Milwaukee Riverside 7, Milwaukee King 3

No. 7 Wilmot Union 3, Racine Park 1
Park's Cinderella run came to a loud end on Tuesday as Garret Bogucki launched a 2-run walk off homerun in the bottom of the 10th to win it for WIlmot.

Mitch Stalsberg was lights out on the mound knocking off No. 25 Ellsworth. Stalsberg struck out 16 in seven innings of shutout baseball.

Down 2-0 Big Foot rallied late for three runs in the top of the sixth to pull out the 3-2 win. Zak Greco's clutch two RBI single was the difference.

Ripon's eight run second inning propelled them to the 9-1 win and a trip to Appleton in the state tournament.

Arik Tavs tossed a two hit shutout striking out 11 along the way.

Jefferson 5, Waupun 4
Jefferson had to go to extra innings to pull out the 5-4 win over Waupun, punching their ticket to Fox Cities Stadium.

Oconto 2, Shiocton 0
Grant Frazer pitched Oconto in the Sectional Championship behind a three hit, seven strikeout shutout over seven innings.

Kyle Krueger bested Frazer's pitching performance from earlier in the day with a complete game shutout of his own, allowing only two hits and striking out four.
