An impressive effort by Nick Winter lifted the Red Knights to a 3-1 win in 10 innings over Wisconsin Lutheran on Wednesday at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Winter worked all 10 innings and allowed one earned run on three hits. His efforts were match by WL's Logan McShane who also pitched 10 innings, walked three, struck out seven, and allowed three runs. The Red Knights jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the second. A single by Sam Ruch, scoring Ryan Selner started the inning off. In the seventh inning, Wisconsin Lutheran pushed across its only run of the day on a groundout by Wirtz. Milwaukee Lutheran took the lead in the tenth, scoring two runs on a two-run single by Alex Weber. |

He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the first and sixth innings. Rott Jr kept Necedah off the board during his six innings of work. Rott Jr allowed eight hits, no walks and struck out seven. |
