On Sunday, February 22, Prep Baseball Report Virginia/DC hosted its second event of 2015, the Preseason All-State, for members of the 2016 graduating class. Over 80 players showcased their skills for PBR staff at Virginia Sports Complex in Ruther Glen, Virginia. All of these players will be eligible to receive an invite to the Super 60, which is the premier professional scouting event for high school baseball players. The Super 60 is held annually in Chicago, Ill. on Super Bowl Sunday prior to their senior season.  Here are the best from the event...
