According to the Coach

We hope to build off a successful 2014 season for our program. Before I got to Central the baseball program had only won 12 games combined in the previous 5 years and we won 14 last year, so that was a huge step for our program. We return 7 starters from last year’s team. We feel like this year’s team has a chance to be the best team Central’s had in the past 10 years. Our expectation for this season is to compete for a district title. Our district is always very strong and each team is very well coached , so talking about winning a district title is easier said than done. We have had a few key injuries this off-season that could hurt our offensive production, but hopefully we will have some other guys step up.  Biggest thing with our program in general is teaching them how to win on a daily basis and how to handle success. I feel that if we can make the routine plays defensively and throw strikes, we should have a chance to have a successful season.
