Hit the Touch Pitch
*Adam Haseley - University of Virginia Outfielder/Left Hand Pitcher*
Every hitter has been fooled in the batter's box before. Whether it's chasing a ball in the dirt or guessing wrong on a fastball in, you can relate to having to adjust to a tough pitch. Very few other hitters know how important a reliable off speed pitch is than Adam Haseley. Haseley had a special career on the mound and in the box, which gave him perspective as a hitter in regards to this topic.
In this week's tip of the week, Chris Burke teaches on how you can practice this move and do so without needing anyone else to help. With just a ball, a tee, and a heavy object placed behind your back foot, you can practice on getting fooled and still making a good swing.
