On Friday, February 21, Prep Baseball Report-Missouri held the Kansas City ID Showcase at Prodigy Baseball Academy in Parkville, Missouri. During the next week, we will take a look at the players in different positions. Today, we will start with the pitchers.
Sixteen pitchers took part in the workout and many were two-way players. But this is a recap of just the pitching performance. Many of the pitchers are in the 2015 class. There were five from the 2016 class and one from the 2017 class. Three pitchers were were from Kansas.

Top Pitching Prospects
Jordan Robben (Staley, 2015)
2/21/14 – Robben is an athletic 6-foot-2, 185-pound right handed pitcher. Robben was in the strike zone will all pitches, including a fastball with late run clocked at 84-86 MPH. He has a 12/6 curveball with a sharp break thrown at near fastball arm speed at 68-71 MPH. Robben’s change-up has late fade and is thrown at 70-73 MPH. He has a high ¾ release and throws with easy effort. He has a simple, repeatable delivery that will allow his velo to increase.
