The Preseason All-State Showcase annually offers underclassmen the opportunity to gain some much needed exposure prior to the start of the high school season. While the event normally highlights some of the top prospects statewide in the current junior and sophomore classes it also provides a handful of unsigned seniors an opportunity to showcase their abilities one last time as well.

The 2015 version of the premier event of the winter is no exception with eight seniors dotting the roster. Among the group, RHP Curtis Staropoli (Holy Ghost Prep) is likely to catch the eyes of colleges in attendance with his 6-foot-4, 195-pound frame. Currently ranked No. 200 in the PA Class of 2015, Staropoli is rumored to have hit a significant velocity spike in recent months.
