Lorenz ran a 7.18 60-yard dash and displayed good carry on throws of 85 mph from the outfield during the PBR fall program. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound sophomore went 3-for-3 with a triple during game action and registered an 82 mph bat exit velocity. Lorenz has a projectable frame and creates solid barrel whip from an open stance with a lift and replace stride foot and good hip turn. The right-handed hitter squared the baseball routinely in batting practice while demonstrating the ability to utilize all fields.
