Fall College Prospect Program: Results from Temple University

Weekend two of the Fall College Prospect Program began with a date at Temple University (8/24) with a date at Widener University on the schedule Sunday (8/25). Six of the eight pitchers that toed the rubber sat in the 80's with LHP Billy Phillips (St. Mark's HS - DE, Class of 2015) sitting 84-85 and touching 86 mph during his three innings of work.
1B/OF Kevin Barron provided some of the offensive fireworks on the day with a two-run home run to left field in the 8th inning and an 87 mph bat exit velocity. Barron finished the day 2-for-3 with two RBI.
2B/SS Devon Walker impressed with his defensive play, showing quick hands and a strong arm on two double play turns at 2B.
