Consolation and Semifinal action in the 2014 Curve Classic took place yesterday with four games being played at Peoples Natural Gas Field, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates AA Eastern League Affiliate Altoona Curve. While the event is competitive it also offers high school players an unique opportunity, some for the first times in their lives, to play in a professional stadium. The three day event culminates today with the championship game being played at 1:00pm.
