2016 PBR March Madness Champions Crowned
April 6, 2016
By Greg Williams
Pennsylvania Director of Scouting
One day following the completion of the NCAA basketball tournament and Pennnsylvania's own Villanova Wildcats bringing home a tile our annual PBR March Madness tournament came to a close with the North Penn Knights being crowned champions in a tightly contested battle with Bonner Prendergast.
The Knights are no strangers to championships having won three PIAA State Championships in the past six years (2009, 2013, 2015) as well as back-to-back SOL Continental Conference titles (2014, 2015). Congratulations to the Knights and many thanks to all the fans of the 64 teams in the field for the more than 20,000 votes they cast during the course of the three week tournament.
