Kristian Webb, Catcher,  Sinclair Seconday, 2015

Unsigned senior Kristian Webb (Sinclair Secondary 2015) is a 6-foot-4, 170-pound prospect with a long, lean frame and potential for added strength gains.

The left-handed hitter has a crouched stance with a wide set-up. Stays balanced throughout swing, generates good bat speed. Hands work well taking the barrel to the ball. Gap power at the moment with more to come with added strength. Uses whole field with a sound approach.

Moves well given his long body. Blocks the baseball. Feet are agile. Hands work and will get better with continued reps. Ball shows carry. Transfer can be low at times causing ball to tail. Pop time between 2.05-2.10. Easy to see improvement with minor corrections. Competitor and hard worker. Lots to like and plenty of upside.
