Just Released: Updated Ontario Class of 2015 Rankings
February 25, 2015
By Chris Kemlo
PBR Ontario Scouting Director
With spring training fast approaching, most teams in Ontario are in full swing preparing to head down south to Florida for a week of sunshine and baseball. Teams are spread out across the state, along with the Canadian Junior National Team who will play out of St. Petersburg.
The past weekend, along with our Ottawa and Kitchener events was a good identifier to see where some of the top talent in the province are at, and gives PBR Ontario something to go off and compare to when we are down in Florida covering the provinces teams.
The rankings are likely to change again after March after we can see and evaluate on field performances. For now, we will use the information we have collected throughout the winter months and past performances.
RISERS
The biggest jump in the rankings was Tristan Pompey who moved all the way from 12th to 5th thanks to his performance last Sunday.
