With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state.

Starting February 1st, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2016 Spring Team Preview: Hudson Explorers

Head Coach: Buddy Dice
Division: I
2015 Record: 22-7
Conference Record: NOC Valley, 9-1 (moving to Suburban League)
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 3/0

2016 Team Strengths:

• Camaraderie
• Speed

2016 Team Weaknesses:

• Experience
• Pitching

Coach Outlook: Hudson has several holes to fill with only three returning starters. Strong group of juniors and underclassmen will have the opportunity and have worked hard this off-season to earn their spots.

Top Returning Players:

• Mac Schoenman, team captain, first team all state, .451 BA, 5 K, 31 SB, Ashland University commit

Top Underclassmen:

• Isaac Wiley, RHP
• Alec Jackson, C
